Q: How
do I access The Church Online’s “My Account”
Personal Management System?
The
Church Online’s My Account Personal Management
System will enable you to manage the personal details
and preferences of your account. You can access this
user friendly tool by
clicking
here and logging into your account.
Once you do this, you can easily update or change
your account information.

Q:
How do I update my personal information?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Select My Account from the list of options.
Select the Update My Personal Information button.
Enter your account password in the Password Verification
field. Click "Update My Personal Information"
when completed. If you enter the incorrect password
you will get an error message that will ask you to
re-enter your password. The password must match your
account password in order for the update to be accepted.

Q: How do I update my billing information?
Go to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Select the Update My Billing Information button.
Enter your account password in the Password Verification
field. Modify your billing information as required.
Be sure to use the proper date format for the credit
card expiration date (yyyy-mm). The information you
enter will be encrypted for security reasons
Modify your billing information as required. Click
Update My Billing Information to save the changes.

Q:
How do I update my email information?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Select the Update My Email Information button. Enter
your account password in the Password Verification
field. Update your username information as required.
The domain (@thechurchonline.com) is pre-populated
on the screen, just enter the username portion to
setup an alias. The system will show one line per
current alias, or if no aliases are presently setup,
the system will display 3 lines, to add 3 new aliases.
Click Update My Email Info to save the changes.
The system will return an OK next to each accepted
alias, or DUPLICATE if the alias already exists.

Q: How do I change my password?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Select the Change Password button.
Enter new password into the Password box, making sure
your new password contains one Uppercase character
and one number. Re-enter the password into the Verify
box. Select OK to save the password change.
Changing your password online does not change your
password locally in The Church Online’s software.

Q: Can I change my login name?
Your
username is your login name. It identifies your account
from others and cannot be changed.

Q: How do
I check my account statistics?
Go to the My
Account Area to access your account.
To access records for the current month select: Check
Statistics for This Month. To access records for the
previous month select: Check Statistics for Last Month.
To Access records for two months previous select:
Check Statistics for Two Months ago.

Q: How do I view my account invoices?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Click View My Invoices Select My Account from the
list of options. Click View My Invoices.
Select the desired invoice and click on View Invoice.
The invoice will be displayed. NOTE: This feature
requires that Adobe Acrobat PDF reader be installed
and linked to the browser.

Q: How do I view my account statements?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Click View My Statements. Select the invoice you want
to look at and click on View Invoice. The invoice
will be displayed. NOTE: This feature requires that
Adobe Acrobat PDF reader be installed and linked to
the browser.

Q: How do I edit display preferences?
Go
to the My
Account Area to access your account.
Click Edit Display Preferences.
Make the changes you desire and click on Save Preferences

Q: What if the information I registered with
is incorrect or has changed?
You
are able to change your account information online
at any time in the My
Account Area. The available options
are:
Update My Personal Info
Update My Billing Info
Update My Email Info
Change Password
