The Universal Sisters event
is SOLD OUT.
Many
health conditions are more prevalent or more serious in
minority women. In 2001, Speaking of Women's Health developed
Universal Sisters, a minority health program designed to
address the unique health concerns of women of color. The
goal is to celebrate women of color and to educate them
about the significance of preventive health care. |

Up the Facts: Building Blocks for Healthy Choices
With
all of the varying information and opinions available about nutrition,
it’s no wonder many of us feel confused or overwhelmed by
the thought of preparing a simple dinner for our family. That’s
why we’ve asked our experts to “Dish Up the Facts”…
and deliver healthy, nutritious and tasty cuisine ideas to women
across the country.
