As we strive to provide the services requested by our clients, we constantly, collect, accumulate and store information and communications that may be deemed private or sensitive to certain individuals and/or bodies. Some of this information – such as the customer’s name, address, telephone number, and credit card data – is provided to THE CHURCH ONLINE by its customers in order to establish service. Other information – such as the customer’s account status, choice of services, and customer logs – is created and maintained by THE CHURCH ONLINE in the normal course of providing service.

Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from THE CHURCH ONLINE and THE CHURCH ONLINE partners by sending a request to email@example.com. In this request to firstname.lastname@example.org, Customers must identify: service purchased from THE CHURCH ONLINE, domain name (if applicable), contact information, and the date the service was purchased. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from THE CHURCH ONLINE, which is essential for maintaining or updating customers’ accounts or system information.
All current customers may access and modify their personal information via the online My Account information page.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
THE CHURCH ONLINE will not otherwise disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless THE CHURCH ONLINE has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of THE CHURCH ONLINE, its customers, or others, or where THE CHURCH ONLINE. has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
THE CHURCH ONLINE also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that THE CHURCH ONLINE stores or transmits for its customers. THE CHURCH ONLINE will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm THE CHURCH ONLINE, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which THE CHURCH ONLINE may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of THE CHURCH ONLINE Terms and Conditions.
