Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
• This offer is valid only through January 31, 2025.
• Orders must be placed by January 31, 2025, to qualify for the promotional pricing.
2. Payment Terms:
• 50% payment for the $3,250 for the Custom Website Package is required at the time of order.  The remaining balance of $3,250.00 will be due after 8 weeks, even if the project is still ongoing due to delays in approvals of proofs according to project timelines. to A monthly fee of $99.99 per month is required, beginning in month 2, which covers hosting of the website, 8 GB of storage and up to 2 hours per month dedicated to security and hosting management of the website.
• For the $499/month Growing Church Package, the first payment of $499 will be processed at the time of purchase, covering the first month of project work. Subsequent payments will be billed monthly with no long-term commitment. With the $499/month Growing Church Package, you understand that you are subscribing to a service platform offered by The Church Online, LLC. If you do not allow your service to renew from month to month, you will no longer have access to the website or other services provided. All Growing Church websites provided by The Church Online, LLC are a part of The Church Online’s Growing Church platform and are owned by The Church Online, LLC.
• At project start, you will be required to return a payment authorization form that will include your credit card or bank account information for automatic, ongoing recurring payments.
3. Package Details and Terms:Custom Website Package Includes:
   1. 12-page website design with a fully built homepage and a single subpage template
   2. Placeholder pages will be created based on the client approved site map
   3. The Church Online team will provide assistance to add content to up to 5 requested subpages (Max of 1,500 words per subpage). Additional content additions will be the client’s responsibility. No custom subpage graphics are included.
   4. Mobile Responsive Design
   5. Homepage slideshow with up to 4 slides to start
   6. Online Donations processed through PayPal or Stripe or linked to organizations 3rd party online donation page
   7. Two online forms with up to 20 form fields is included at time of set-up if requested. Online Form plugin for creation of online forms with or without payments
   8. Up to 3 rounds of revisions will be included
   9. Unlimited access to WordPress Content Management System

   Growing Church Package Includes:

   1. 10-page website to start
   2. Standard customization and set-up help
   3. Standard website hosting and management
   4. 3 hours of support, website update and graphic design assistance per month
   5. Access to a social media content bank available to subscribers of the package

   Waived Set-Up Fee:

   The $8,000 setup fee is waived during this promotional period for the Growing Church Package.

4. Content Submission:
• Clients are responsible for providing approved content, such as text, images, and branding elements, in a timely manner to facilitate project completion. Delays in content submission may result in extended timelines and additional fees.
5. Offer Expiration:
• This promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2025. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
6. Refund Policy:
• Due to the custom nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Additional Requests:
• Services beyond the included scope will incur additional charges.

Additional Terms of Service

By proceeding with services offered by The Church Online, LLC, you are agreeing to the following additional terms:

This Agreement is entered into on the date the online order is initially placed (“Effective Date”), by and between The Church Online, LLC, a Pennsylvania Company with Offices in Pittsburgh, PA, and the customer/organization executing the order. You accept the services contained herein and attest to having read and understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The Church Online’s professional fees are fixed fees and will not increase unless The Client chooses to increase the Scope of Services or unless The Church Online increases prices, which can occur from time to time. The Client must approve any such increase before the additional costs would be incurred. If price increases are not agreed to, services will terminate. The Client must also approve any hourly expenses before incurred.

Your organization understands that you are subscribing to a service offered by The Church Online. If you have submitted an order for the $499 per month Growing Church Website Package, should you choose to terminate the agreement or choose not to allow the contract to renew, you will no longer have access to utilize the website, and any other online services developed by The Church Online will no longer be available for your use online. If you have purchased the $6,500 Custom website, you will be free to transfer ownership of the website to another provider at any time. Domain names secured by The Church Online may be purchased for an additional annual fee and may be used as desired.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

ASSIGNMENT

The Church Online shall have the right to assign this Agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder in whole or in part, to any corporation or other entity with or into which The Church Online may hereafter merge or consolidate or to which The Church Online may transfer all or substantially all of its assets, if in any such case said corporation or other entity shall by operation of law or expressly in writing assume all obligations of The Church Online hereunder as fully as if it had been originally made a party hereto.

WARRANTIES

The Church Online warrants that the services shall be rendered according to the proposal of services outlined herewith.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION

The Church Online warrants and agrees that any information provided to The Church Online by The Client will be kept confidential and not provided to any other entity or person, except by court order or to a governmental authority with a need-to-know. The Client will hold The Church Online harmless in the event of any breach of security on the part of The Client’s merchant account payment processor or any other third-party components provided by The Client.

CHARGES

My order submission and payment of my initial fee indicate that I have reviewed the details of the order and I am satisfied with the terms provided.

The term of this Purchase Order will begin on the effective date and be automatically renewed monthly until cancelled. I also approve charges to the provided credit card, debit card, or bank account for my monthly fees as well as any applicable overage fees.
