Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This offer is exclusive to current clients of The Church Online and is valid through January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
2. Usage:
   • Prepaid hours can be used for website updates, graphic design, video production, social media management, and writing services.
   • Prepaid hours must be used during the 2025 calendar year and will not roll over into 2026.
3. Payment:
   • Full payment for the selected hour bundle is required at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Prepaid hours are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another year or account.
5. Additional Work:
   • Work exceeding the prepaid hours or outside the scope of included services will be billed at the standard rate of $115/hour unless additional hours are purchased.
6. Project Scope and Scheduling:
   • Projects will be scheduled based on availability and the scope of work. Timely content and material submission from the client is required to avoid delays.
